That is exactly my question. How do I seek reinclusion into Yahoo. How do I submit a request for reinclusion?

Yahoo! Search Re-Review

I don't know if will do you any good. From what I have heard from most people (over the last year or so) is that once Yahoo demotes your site you can forget about getting decent rankings again. But it won't hurt to try.

Has anyone had a successful Yahoo reinclusion within the past 6 months?

A link fron the Yahoo directory is still considered to be a link from an authority site.
