Hello to all Realtors.
I have read only a handful of threads and found that this forum is very useful. It has given me a broad look at what realtors are talking about. My company services the Real Estate industry and are target customers are Realtors. But I did not join the forum to push our product, we have other means for that. I joined simply to read comments and hopefuly contribute to certain topics that I think I might know about.

Marketing Ideas
We will post any ideas we might have, but would first like to contribute thoughts on topics and really go through some more of the threads before presenting such ideas. I have seen some marketing ideas on the forum that look more like advertising, although great, it is not our style. We will probably create a buttom "Agent Forum" on our main Virtual Tour Provider website. This site is targeted at realtors and feel that potential clients will benefit from this forum. But beleive me, we will announce developements of all three of our websites as they happen.

Exposure
We are located in Los Angeles. But are network extends over 25 states and our Realtor solutions are nation wide. We have worked very hard over the last few years in one of the hottest markets in the country.
Hearing the same old line - "My listings just sell to fast to market them"
My answer to that: "Then why put a for sale sign in the yard, even better - why do you leave it up after the home is sold?"
"EXPOSURE" - That is the name of the game.
