My avatar is supposed to be doing aerobics (in my nice business attire) & it's hilarious but unfortunately the file is too large for an avatar. I think if I can get it to move around it would be too tiny to even see what it is.

Max, there are different downloads offered on Swish. Which one would I use to compress a flash gif that's already been created?

Judy, I couldn't find my copy of the compression program after I did a system restore the other week. Otherwise, I would have done it for you. You can download a trial version of 2 programs that are good for already created flash movies:

Thanks for those links. I'm walkin' in circles right now. I think it might make people dizzy! I have a lot of different moves but some are heavy files so I'll see if these help.
