Thanks for the reply! Here's some of our background.

I am a former owner of a Mortgage Company and former Realtor. Back in 2003, I realized that the major concern amongst our loan officers was repeat business and losing it because of poor follow up skills (my loan officers were lazy and just didn't have time to do it themselves). So I implimented a marketing program specifically designed to keep their names in the front of their clients' faces and be remembered when the subject of mortgages and real estate come into mind.

With our marketing plan, it is simple....basically all they had to do was provide the settlement date, their clients names and addresses and their business contact information. The rest was out of their hands. What we found was that our repeat and referral business increased almost by 70%! So, as the word of mouth caught on, I expanded to offer this service nationwide.

It's very easy to order online individually at FollowThatClient.com. However some companies that are set up with an account, simply fax us their settlement HUD-1's with the financials blacked out (we then bill them at the end of the month).

We don't have a fancy website, it's a pretty simply business, built on customer service.
