Thank you both for inviting me to the forum.
Thankfully I've had a good year so far and that's why I finally made the decision recently to turn my SEO responibilities over to a professsional and start focusing on selling more real estate. I recently brought on a buyer agent and I'm looking into getting someone like Drusilla on my team also. Al, any chance she would want to moonlight with me? :=)

I’m happy to see you emulating Al’s business plan.
It has been a pleasure to watch Al’s exponential growth in the San Diego real estate market this year.
Don’t tell anyone but although being very discrete about it, my wife keeps an eye on Al’s marketing progress with great interest.

Al,
Yes I'm serious about hiring someone to fill the role that Drusilla performs for you. Ideally this individual knows the market area I serve but that would just be a bonus. Do you think its a must for her to know the San Diego market when calling on new leads?
