Default Help.....trouble deciding what company I should choose....

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I worked for Coldwell Banker in Pennsylvania from 2002-2003. I moved to Georgia and never even thought my license was worth anything down here. I found out a couple of months ago that I can get a reciprocal license here. So I put my license in Pa in referrals and am now trying to decide on a company. The coldwell banker here is structured differently. I could work mainly out of my home there. But there are alot more time requirements here. I have four children. The youngest is 6 months and the two oldest are in school. We just moved to the Savannah area, so I really don't have childcare and am not sure I really want to get some. I'd like to be able to work around my schedule using my husband as babysitter when I can. I talked to a company called Weichert that said they were set up that way. I've never heard of them and am not sure which of the two I should choose. Any thoughts or comments are greatly appreciated.

Question

Hi Cldst21

Welcome to the Forum...

I have been told that Weichert is big in Canada and the East coast of the US... But I have had no interaction with them personally...They do not have any presence in Southern CA as of yet!

Have you made your decision as of yet?

Default I did

I joined Weichert in the end of September. They seem ok, but I haven't had any closings (no buyers/sellers) as of yet. I am not sure they are where I should be right now.
