Hello people, If you appreciate good quality designs and ever want to either submit your site and or examine some designs there is a great BLOG believe it or not that uses the WordPress loop to be sort of a gallery of CSS designs.
This guy created his site to be an open submission resource of sorts for CSS web design. Its almost a year old and the fact that it has a clever little rating system is pretty cool.
