Need honest review by real estate professional
Hi,
I have a brand new web site for real estate. I have spent moths for coding it. Because I wanted to make it a good and usable tool for real estate professionals all over the word. Now it is ready: http://athand24.com! Please test it, use it, register, post real estate listings, post real estate articles, post real estate links or real estate classifieds.
Tell me your honest opinion: is it good, is it usable, what a realtor needs more on a real estate web site?
Thank you very much for your honest opinion!

Its a nice commercial looking design, good job.
Question! Are those ad spots on the bottom open zones that you sell space for?

Thank you Jared,
Yes, I sell ad space on the web site:
there are 3 banners on the bottom and one on the top.
If you want to purchase a banner, you must register as advertiser, and from your user area you can upload your banner and url.
Hope to see you there soon!

Re: Need honest review by real estate professional
The search function for Atlanta Georgia has a maximum possible price of 70,000 which is way low and doesn't return any results (and yes we have some homes under 70,000)....so it's not working very well here.

I gotta be honest with you. If you don't nofollow those text advertisement links, Google will get you when you get bigger. Don't say I did not tell you so.

Yes, very nice. You did a great job, though the picture in the header seemed a little blurry to me, should be a easy fix, and yes the domain name is hard to remember.

Well, if you want honesty, and your intent was to have a usable tool, I am not exactly sure you will accomplish what you are looking for with this. The design is nice and the site functions fine. I just do not know, as a real estate professional, how I will personally benefit from using this site. If there is nothing in it for me and your intent appears to be to make money off selling advertising on the site, I am not sure why I would use it.
Now, I certainly do not mind someone making money selling advertising, I am attempting to set something up like that myself... however, it is the usefulness that I question. Why am I coming to the website and why will I go back? If it is to advertise a listing, there are much better places with local focus that will provide better use of my time. So, the only real benefit to me is if I can use your site to generate free links to mine for SEO purposes. If I can't, I do not think I will spend any more time there.
