Wow, that is definitely the best US Real Estate site I have seen in the past 4 months (this year).

I thought that the website designers in the States were taking a year out after seeing most the new sites for review.

The only moan is the frames that you have on the tips pages, you need to get rid of those really, some pages are slow loading but you've highlighted that for them and if you double click on "contact" on the navi bar the url doubles up and spits this out:

Otherwise that's a great site, absolutely love it.
