I am only taking on a few more SEO Clients at this time.

Unlike others that charge thousands of dollars upfront for SEO services with no guarantees, I offer Performance Based SEO Services for real estate websites.

What I mean by “Performance Based SEO Services” is that I charge only a minimal fee to revamp your site and then all additional charges are billed AFTER you achieve rankings. Not before.

I offer Basic SEO services for those folks that don't have a big budget for SEO, but want to get their web copy to be SEO friendly, with effective meta tags.

Fees are very reasonable. Results are not guaranteed, but I have been fairly amazed at how poorly a lot of real estate sites are optimized for specific keywords. We've had some pretty good results without a big expenditure.

Yes, Kathleen, it is nice to know that there are professionals out there who are appealing to either those just getting up and running, ot those who are ona budget! Good luck in the future

Everybody's got to start somewhere. For folks who are willing to spend the time adding quality links and content, starting off with a good foundation can really be the boost they need.
