I just thought that I would share that one of my team members recently picked up a viable buyer from an open house! He actually has them in escrow right now now! I thought that this would be encouraging to those still looking to do open houses, but who have been discouraged in the past

Thanks my broker is quite fond of open houses I really need to do some sometime. I think they can be fun you just have to put lots of signs up and just out of curiosity was it a weekday or a weekend open house?
