Specific Targets
Anyone out there specifically marketing toward expired listings or FSBOS, or are you too busy with buyers right now?

I know that it's something that I should be doing, but just never get around to it. Actually, that was partly an excuse too. I find it difficult to talk to FSBO owners after I got yelled at too many times when I started this business. For expireds, I never got a response from calls or letters. I know that it's a number game, and I admit that I got too discouraged.

I personally would use that as a last resort...I think there are many other ways to work the business that are a lot less frustrating! IMHO...

I would have to say that I am with Portland on this one. On one hand, thank goodness that business has been so good that I have not had to focus on FSBOs or expired listings, but I know that I should diversify a bit more. I have also been discourage in the past and just feel that you really have to dedictae a lot of time to making those niches stick!

Unfortunatley, I would have to agree. FSBOs just take so much effort, I never feel like going through the trouble!

Also, there are so many Agents concentrating on nothing but FSBO's that you really have your work cut out for you!
