Sellers want to feel as if they are in control of how, when and what you do with their home you have for sale. One suggestion I can offer is when you go meet with them for the listing, you explain to them the reason they are hiring you to sell their home is because of the knowledge you have in marketing real estate.
You need to make sure this is understood before the listing agreement is signed. Most of the time not all when this is explained before hand, you have very little problems with the seller, unless you dont do what you told the seller you would do in the listing presentation.
