Have you ever sell to someone a land without knowing him. Even if you haven`t seen him before. I know that you can sell at the phone but i`m curious if there could be contracts only with digital signature .
That would vary state to state depending on real estate and contract laws.
It is acceptable here in Missouri however; we generally will go under contract with a digital signature but Overnight closing docs for wet signatures and have sold many properties to customers we have never met.
