Prelist Pkg?
hey gang,
What are your feeelings and experiences with prelist packages?
I have an awesome CMA presentation and have been using a prelist to demonstrate my marketing/services prior to the CMA appointment. So far its is great because at the CMA appointment we can focus on pricing and their anticpated net profit and not be distracted by how and what I do for marketing etc. since the client has already reviewed that presenatation.
Your thoughts?

I have a powerpoint presentation I provide on CD that shows most of my marketing and a printed book - I try and provide these ahead of time and focus on the property when I do the listing presntation then I ask if they had any comments or questions on my other material.... it really makes the appointment go smoother - and - the seller not only knows what I do.... but they have had the opportunity to check it out, in print, online and on the computer.... I love it... I can usually be in and out even with the chattiest seller in 30 minutes.... another easy way to get out the door a little easier on those folks that want to keep you for dinner is set an alarm on your cell phone or pda.. when it goes off explain you have an appointment - even if your appointment is to get gas you appear busy and successful - people like to think they have a busy agent.

Thesa,
Since we are in different markets not to mention countries, would you be willing to show me your CD? I am in western Canada.

I actually really like the one that my MLS system has. It is very professional looking and has all of the contents in which you need, number-wise. I like to add other touches rto my Las Vegas real estate CMAs, like referral letters, Re/Max info, etc.

Powerpoint is an excellent idea, as it always impresses clients for me in the Las Vegas real estate market! I like that it does a lot ofn the talking for you as well. People are typically in awe of the organization and great use of technology!

I always include one when doing a listing presentation. I think that they should be unique to each individual agent and company. I, for example, am a Las Vegas Re/Max agent, so I play off of all of the resources and materials in which Re/Max has to offer!
