I haven't heard of anyone using video, either. But I could see why someone might be concerned about security... bunch of strangers trouncing through all their rooms.

You could invest in the nanny cams like Jack Burns, but a more realistic approach would be locking up valuables and personal information.

I have never heard of anyone using Video...I would recommend coaching your clients to use a safe or to take all easy to get to items of the site! They know that there is going to be a lot of traffic! However it wouldn't be a bad idea to coach them accordingly!
