How are the listings going right now? Have they been on the market for a while or just a short time? Do you think the market is going to change?

I am noticing homes that are priced above 385K are sitting at least 90 days, but homes priced below 385K seem to be selling pretty quickly. Most of my listings are above 400K, so they don't seem to be moving very quickly. I noticed that we are not getting alot of showings either.

Our office has been staying very busy and we have buyers ready to go in the 400K price range, so I have to imagine that there are many buyers out there in that price range. I cannot figure out why we are only getting about 1 to 2 showings a week.

Anyways, I still believe we have a very unique real estate market compared to other real estate markets. Las Vegas has a very strong economy and we are still getting numerous residents moving here daily. These residents are going to need a home. So as long as our economy stays strong, which I believe it will, I don't forsee our Las Vegas Real Estate market declining.

I actually sold out my shares of the company. To many people involved, everyone trying to go a different way. So I am back to operating my team. I have a few agents working for me and I am just working on marketing while I determine if I am going to go back and be a police officer.

So we will see....

I have also noticed that higher priced home, above $400K or are sitting. I have quite a few Las Vegas high rise listings and they are not moving very quickly at all. I'm hanging in there though...
