The agent decided not to do live chat at this time. Instead, we are integrating the online database with the offline database and then adding a new drip email marketing system.
I can't remember which packages we looked at. But there are a lot of free "Live Tech Support" packages that looked at to use for the agent site. They all required PHP and MySQL.
