We have run this $1000 incentive now for well over a year and it has worked great! It gives us a chance to explain to the buyers that our Buyers Representation Service is Free to them and that our fees are paid buy the seller. This also gives us the opportunity to let them know how much better off they truly are by having a buyers Agent seperate from the Selling Agent!

I have seen some that offer up to $5000 or 20%!

Most agents that offer that are requiring the client to use their mortgage company which those fees are made up on the backend of the mortgage. There is a company in Vegas that gives all their commission to the client but requires them to use their mortgage company.

LVH...no smoke and mirrors on this end its a straight up offer no catches as long as we represent them on their purchase...we don't even dictate whom they use for the mortgage!
