It's seems that anyone that can buy dreamweaver is putting up a Real Estate listings site. It's the same old sell. "Cheap hosting", "Put your listings up for free", "Get ________ domain now". 99.99999% of these site are garbage. They are on cheap servers with poor bandwidth.

Before you buy check out the hosting. Remember, you get what you pay for.

I doubt this will generate anything substantial either..I mean I wouldnt pay for this IMO

Having had a template site for years, I'll never go back to one. There are pros and cons to each side, but in the long run its whatever serves you best.

If you think about it you spent alot of time setting the website up then you only get three days. I will pass on this one.

Hmm.. I think it's safe to say that forums such as this one are the wrong place to advertise services such as this. It probably does more harm then good....
