Hey, anyone checked out Top Producer? I've been using their drip marketing for quite some time and it's quite reliable. There's also a back end to the local MLS listings.

Having said that, our company, Prudential, here has its own drip marketing system as well for all to use. I have to say it's fairly OK. It's not as good as the one in TP with all the graphics capabilities, but it's a start for those who don't want to spend money.

Al, the TP drip marketing is completely customizable. They have over 400 standard emails to choose from if you want to use it. I happened to like to write my own. As for the frequency, again, it's totally up to you how often you'd like the marketing to go out. I have something that goes out every week for three months (these are for hot leads) and something that goes out once a month (a newsletter) to everyone.

Hope this helps!!!
