All of your domains are still listed in Yahoo. Did you email them and ask if the domains were penalized?
Yahoo has literally dropped tens of millions of pages from its index over the last few months. Many sites, such as you domains that are listed above, have only the home page in Y's index.
Why are they doing this? That's a good question. I didn't take the time to check, but do you have the same content on all of your sites? The same navigation structure and anchor text? Are the majority of the link partners the same?
My thought is that Yahoo is reaching the upper limits of their page indexing, and that's why they are purging pages. My guess is that none of the pages that have been purged are from PPC or Site Match customers.
That's just a guess on my part. If I get some time in the next month or so I can analyze the characteristics of your sites and some others and see if there are any common characteristics between the sites.

Duplicate Content
I did contact Yahoo and asked what happened. There is a form from Yahoo specifically built for people who have been penalized. When you submit the query you get a generic reply with a form letter with no specific information or details about what is wrong with your site, just a list of reason why I was possibly penalized.
3 of the 4 sites ranked very well. I went from ranking in the top 5 of most search terms to not being in the top 1000.
I am still working on the problem.

Good luck with getting a response from Yahoo. The funny thing about them is that a lot of times on a banned site, they will accept them into the sitematch program.....you just don't qualify for a free listing... Let us know what happens.

Duplicate Content
I have sent Yahoo 2 requests for my website to be re-reviewed. My first request was probably 3 months ago. I totally revamped my site from an Advanced Access site. Then I resubmitted a request about a month ago. I have heard nothing so I sent another one yesterday. Still nothing.
However, I am kicking butt in Google. I had a doctor buy a pre construction condo over the telephone on Friday for $677,000. We have never met and had 4 conversations on the telephone. He found me through Google.
Screw Yahoo

Duplicate Content
Yes, even inadvertent duplicate content can create numerous problems.
If you feel someone has copied you, try and contact them first. In many cases in is unintentional and can be resolved amicably.

Often with real estate web sites it is the web design company that has been hired who has copied other sites and the real estate agents themselves know nothing about it. But the agent should still ultimately be held accountable for transgressions of the web design company.

Hi Diann,
Welcome to the forum! I hope we see you visit often.
I agree with post completely. However, I suggest the Agent be contacted first to see if it can be resolved amicably.
As you pointed out, often the Agent has no knowledge of the transgression.
