Smile I need some feedback

Hey everyone, I am working for www.realestatenexus.com. It is a brand
new web site that lets you post your properties along with virtual
tours and pictures.

I want to see how user friendly it is. I want to know if it is something that Real Estate agents would consider useful and I want your opinions and feedback on the site.

Any suggestions and/or comments that you may have would be extremely helpful as we try to launch this web site. So go check it out and tell me what you think.

Thanks,
~Brook

Well its not particularly new idea. Using Open-Realty to give free ads in the hopes of supporting the operation with adsense clicks is kind of a dime-a-dozen proposition. I will admit I've never seen it integrated with the foreclosure.com affiliate program though. I would suggest changing some of the code in order to speed up the "coffeebreak" searches. Good luck with it. Be sure to thank the site owner for the link you gave yourself.

Default Nice Concept

brookstream, first I'd like to welcome you to the Pro Real Estate Network Forums and hope you find this site of value to you.

Your concept is a bit routine for my taste having seen so many hundreds of those types of sites, but none the less, clever use of the forclosure.com affiliate feature. I've not ran into many of those.

Best wishes and success in your venture.

Quite bland and boring for me, like it was said in another post reply - there are dozens of sites out there like yours and you will need to do a hell of a lot of work to produce a site that will reap the rewards that established website companies are.

If it did make the grade and produced excellent results then yes it would be a good area.
