But top executives of Countrywide Home Loans, Chase Home Finance, Prism Professional Solutions and The Trident Group recently spoke about the challenges of maximizing mortgage partnerships amidst an atmosphere of growing dissatisfaction among broker/owners.
While you are right on target SDRE, I think that those very same principles can be applied toward real estate agents as well. Good customer service is an obvious factor, as is clear and constant communication!
I agree with you both on those principles. However, what do you mean by dissatisfaction among brokers? In my opinion, customer service is absolutley vital in maintaining relationships across the board.
