What is the average price/ sq ft within each of you real estate markets?

Here in the Las Vegas real estate market single family homes are at about $200/ sq ft. Las Vegas high rises, on the other hand, range from $400-1300 per square foot, which is insane!

Portland Real Estate

In Portland, we have a wide range of prices from $120 per SF for some old fixers to as high as $300 per SF for some nicer property. Along the Oregon, some ocean front properties are going for about $500 to $600 per SF.

Wow! That ocean front property is pricey. Here in Las Vegas it is @200 per sq ft for a decent area. The fixer uppers or not so nice areas range from @ 120-160.
