Currently, is you real estate market a buyer's or seller's market?

The Las Vegas real estate market had been a seller's market for the last year or so. I think that is has calmed down a bit over the past few months, and more so turned into a more evenly balanced market!

I think it is leaning towards the buyers at this time in our market. We have value range pricing and people are offering at the low end and lots of listings are dropping prices everyday.

In Portland, we're still a seller's market. However, this month does show a slight sign of stability. Perhaps it's just seasonal.

I would have to agree with REMAX LV on this one. The Las Vegas real estate market is still doing really well, but I do think that it is balancing itself out now, whereas before it was a total seller's market!

The Las Vegas market is now IMHO a buyers market. Las Vegas has been in a false market which has produced a sellers market for almost 3 years now. There are checks and balances which take place and now it is balancing its self out from the last 3 years.
