What is the average price of a home in each of you real estate markets?

In San Diego I believe it is aproximately $530,000 for the average home. I am not certain so if anyone else in San Diego has a different number definately post it.

The Portland average home market just broke over $300,000 last month. We made real estate history.

Well Max...that is quite a bit different than our 500-600k median price here in San Diego...but I guess the fantanstic weather is why ours is so high!

I recently read that the Las Vegas real estate market is up to about $310,000 for the average home! WOW! I had no idea that Portland was so high
