Great question, I wish there was more health insurance options for real estate agents. I just found this program through another agent, it is not really insurance but a discount program where you pay cash for the services you get out of an escrow account that you set up. It's worked out great so far. They have a website also where you can check and see if your provider participates in the program. It also includes dental and vision and they accept pre-existing conditions, unlike most insurance companies.

I am pretty sure that if you go to the NAR website and look in member benefits that there is a link you can click on that explains the healthplan options. It is fairly new, I think.

Default Re: Insurance Question

a "friend" just broke our patio doors (he just opened them and they came of the runner) We've had someone out to look at it and they said they cannot be repaired and will have to be replaced at a cost of about £2000. Is this covered by insurance? Also, what do we tell the friend, when he thought they could be repaired he expected us to pay for it (I think) Help!?
Thanks in advance
