My best experience so far would probably be this nice client I have who is really funny and actually enjoyable to be around and takes me out to lunch when we look at homes!

My goal is to have every one of my clients gave me a big hug at the end of every transaction. So far, 95% of my clients did.

I would like to hear about a couple nightmares. Since I am new. How bad could it ever be?

I recently had a client bake me a bunch of goodies because I was out showing them homes the day after my birthday. It made the day very enjoyable. They also found a house they liked that day and ended up getting it.

I listed a property the other day and I got a call the next day from a guy that wanted to right it up. I never seen the property or meet the buyer. Easiest 5 grand I ever made.

Long time client who on his first vacation home purchase (2002) in Vegas made us work our $#& off with the negotiations. Ended up being a very close friend who appreciated all of the work.

Benefits... tons including people he knew, a job offer in Southern Cal and a vacation home on the ocean we get to use when we get time to get to Southern Cal... (The job offer - medical related sales -- is getting more and more tempting!)

I had a scary issue with making a mistake on my flyers and accidently "put 2 bedrooms downstairs" and I was supposed to "put 2 rooms downstairs". A couple bought the house from California from pretty much looking at just the flyer and one quick trip throught the house. It got ugly and I had to pay them off. Luckly they were cheap.

I once did a listing presentation in my car with a seller I had never meet before and got the listing.
