Obtaining real estate license is not that hard, as long as you accomplished all the requirements needed and you know what you expect and ready for the massive competition in this line of business. You can get license in real estate express website.

Regardless of what state you live in (or want to become licensed in) there are real estate license exam(s) to pass and pre-requisite courses to be taken before you qualify to sit for the exam. The coursework can range from 40 hours to over 200 hours again depending on the state. You can find details about real estate licensing requirements at Real Estate Express - Just select your state from the "Get Licensed" menu and you'll have access to all the info you'll need to find out what is required to get licensed, including course information and prices. Be sure to click on the "Requirements" link to learn about what it takes. And the article called "How to Get Your Real Estate License" gives a good general overview of what it takes to get started.

Best of luck in your new career in real estate!
