Hi everybody, I am going to apply for a home loan and in this regard would like to get the necessary advices on that. I have taken care of all the loan requirements and I think that all are in place. But, as a pre-check, I would like to know what requirements you would consider as liable for this purpose.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Getting a home loan nowadays is not as difficult as it was earlier. I had my cousin take a home loan a few months back and he got it without any hassles. The only thing that I would like to make a note of other than the documents is you credit scores. These are very important in terms of getting a home loan and you should make sure that you have a good credit score. In case of low credit scores, there are services available to help you get your credit scores in a better shape.

just make sure you don't make any large purchases before or during period of applying for loan. Also, be sure and shop around. There are some great rates out there. I recommend obtaining rates quotes (GFE) from minimum two sources.

Getting home loan? It's not as difficult as before as long as you com-ply all the requirements and you are capable to pay that loan you can easily apply for it.
