Being a realtor in Las Vegas, there are few dull moments. I had this client one time who said she had to run into the store and get some water for her hotel, so I obliged but after about 30 min, I just took off and left her there, no I didn't, but wish I had now. She came out of the store with a couple bags and I didn't say anything. I was very new and she was taking advantage of me, I would never do that again!

Are you are referring to Buyers Agents that work for you? I brought one on about two months ago and I thought she was going to be perfect! She looked great on paper - gave all the right answers in the interview. However, I would not be a very good Human Resources Manager. I was giving her all of my leads initially just so I could get her up and running quickly. Even though she claimed to be contacting these leads I spot-checked twice on leads that spefically requested a showing appointment and found out she never called them.

Her desire to make money was there but her motivation to do the work required wasn't. I let her go a couple of weeks ago.

It's amazing to me how lazy people can be. I mean agents bust their butts all of the time trying to obtain leads, and someone has them given to her and cannot even work them!
