Hi everyone, I have plans of retiring the next month. I have gathered up some income for the retirement period but I was keen on knowing the best ways of investing money during retirement. I know that are a lot of ways to invest as I have been watching on TV and hearing about them in the newspapers….but are these all beneficial??? What are the best among the various ways for investing…..please throw some light on this.

I am also a retired person and I also had the same issues after my retirement, that time one of my companions told me about investing in real estate property which is really a beneficial investment. He told me about an investing firm which provides investment offers in real estate. Now I have invested my money in real estate which I believe was a wise decision and I will suggest you also go through this. Hopefully your issue will also get resolved.

It's a big issue that what to do after retirement, my father was facing the same problem. Then he consulted with his friends and decided to invest money in real estate. Now he is getting regular income from it and the chance of profit is also good. S, I would like to suggest you to invest money in real estate.

, but here is what we tell our clients:

Look at investing in some cash flowing real estate. For example, here in Minneapolis, there is such an outstanding buying opportunity. With so many homes for sale, townhomes for sale....you name it, buyers can get a great price. And better yet, these properties cash flow. So a person gets cashflow, tax benefits, long term appreciation, as well as principal paydown.

Have a property manager take care of it for you and away you go!

There is a quote from Warrent Buffet I love. He was talking about stocks, but it's applicable to any investment. It went something like

"When people are greedy, be fearful and when people are fearful be greedy."
