Question Staging of Homes Yes or No?

OK Folks,

How about some feedback on Staging. If you have staged a home in the past please share your experiences.

If not please feel free to share your thoughts!

This is another one of those things that I agree is a fantastic idea and could make a big difference, but I have yet to try it. Any tips or helpful info on this would be appreciated.

We have had some clients that staged their home and met with success. Typically, this is in homes where the house looked barren and uninviting prior to the staging. More often, we find that our clients need to de-clutter and reorganize so people looking at the home can more easily imagine what it would look like if they lived there.

I'm not that familiar with staging, but I have read some post on the forums about the success they made when they do stag houses and apartments.
