Interesting. My company provides over 230 websites to REALTORS. I left corporate America to pursue this venture with a friend and our primary business is providing an IDX enabled web tool / site in our markets. I have spoken to almost 1,000 REALTORS about web sites. Most agents feel they should have a website, but there is a big difference between a website and a web strategy. We all know the web will play a bigger role in the future of real estate. It is like a cell phone. Can you imagine being a REALTOR without one? Websites will be the same I think? My future is betting on it but I think it is a good bet. Now how can I get REALTORS to transfer from the mind set of website vs. web strategy? Website+IDX+SEO= $$$$$$
