Jay thats pretty much the same MO we use with our clients! Some Agents are a little shy and don't like to call anyone after 8:00p.m.!

We follow the 9-9 rule as well, and we haven't had anyone complain....yet! On the flip side of that coin, we had taken calls from people after 11PM, so I guess the 9-9 rule isn't universal.
