Guys this isn’t really “Hot Real Estate News”.

The thread is almost a year old and should have been started in “Real Estate Shop Talk” to begin with so I am going to move it there if you want to keep it going.

Lease Options???

Hmmm... well we used to get a lot of requests for these when prices where on the upward trend. Now with prices softening the requests seem to have lessened as well!

I'm not sure this would be a wise thing for clients to enter into at this time in the market!!!

Anyone else want to chime in?
