I agree that face to face contact is always the best if possible. While email and phone contacts our great, nothing beats being in front of your client and giving off that first impression

I feel that any way in which you can stay in front of your client is good Whether it be magnets with your name on them, a personalized gift, or a mortgage update/ reminder, keeping in contact always helps one's business. I know that it has for me here in the Las Vegas real estate market...

It's the most important thing you can do. Stay in your customers lives and make sure they know you are still around and that you care, and you will build a great reputation for yourself and bring on many new customers down the line as a result.
