I've recently published a website called www.gozoneprojects.com where my goal is bringing developers, investors, and real estate agents together to take advantage of the The Gulf Opportunity Act of 2005 (commonly referred to as the "GO ZONE" act)

The GO Zone Act was passed by Congress to help the affected counties in Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana rebuild after Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Wilma and provides qualified investors and developers with tremendous tax incentives for re-investment in the area.
