Boise Agent paying Zero for referrals
Alright ...... I'll pay you guys but don't tell anyone! Standard rate.
Also for you San Diego guys, keep me in mind for investors or anyone else that may be leaving your area to Idaho. Almost everyone here in Boise including myself is from CA. I was born and raised in San Diego for 21 years so I may have quite a few opportunities come up for you down there too. I still go back to SD about every 6 weeks or so to surf so I'll throw you a bone when it comes my way.

I can’t remember that last time we had anyone moving to Idaho from here in Missouri.
I love it up there. Idaho is a photographers dream. Didn’t know they had all those foreigners (Californian’s) up there though.
BTW - What is "Standard"?

Mack, standard for Jim is 0%... LoL! (Just kidding, Jim.) And yes, Californians have moved in on Boise BIG time. Very sad. (No offense, Jim...or SD.) It's the way they drive (I avoid Eagle Road like the plague) that I can do without!

Las Vegas Real Estate -
It was the natives that were the ones that had the great idea of turning a state highway (55) into "Eagle Road" and then building an entire community around it LOL. J/K I couldn't help myself! Seriously though, the small town politics around here are an absolute joke. Some of the things they do around here make zero sense and it is usually done by someone who was put into a public office because their family has deep roots in this town and a whole lot of money rather then brains and logic. I guess that is the case in any small city though.
I can say these things because my Moms family are all natives !

Mack -
"Standard Rate" is my way of fishing to see what people are willing to take LOL!! I always listen first because I have had people only request 10% when if I would have talked first I would have said 25%. I'll pay 25% unless it is a more expensive property and worth the time, then we can talk about more. If it is a listing, I may not pay anything unless the Seller is Buying too. Listings require more attention and money, not to mention that the flunky competition around here have been slashing the listing side of the commission to nothing just to get a listing, and then they over price it!
