How long in Real Estate?

I have been a licensed agent for right at 1 year. Prior to that I was in Wealth Management and Trust Administration where over 30% of the funding assets for the trust was real estate. So I have a long history in dealing with RE transactions and issues, more so from a fudiciary side. I have shifted back and forth between financial services and technology over the course of my career. Immediately prior to real estate, I was a Sr. Vice President for Wachovia's Wealth Management group.

My focus is on the listing side where I can leverage my technology skills, financial services strategies, and efforts to the benefit of my clients. I do have a stong base of investor clients from my past that also help.

Of course lately I get more calls from colleagues in real estate or other businesses to help them build a web presence.
