What did you have in mind Jack?

Judging from your Screen Name and email I would guess that you are an investor looking to buy properties at reduced rates and turn them around and flip them. Is that accurate?

Also, what markets are you looking for investments in?

We are looking to work with RE agents in local markets across the country. They will be our partners to help us to identify, buy and resell the properties. We contract to buy nice properties in nice areas, bring in our buyers and then close the transaction.

We are only looking for a small discount on these nice properties so that we can help our buyers get into the houses.

We are looking for real estate professionals for a joint partnership. This will entail more than the working relationship some may be used to. Each joint venture partner will be sharing some responsibilities as well as sharing in the profits of each transaction.
