In response to your comments, I have been entertaining the idea of taking on one agent per state and letting them send to other agents as referrals. Obviously, if the agent seeker is in your city, you could handle that personally. I appreciate and love the idea.
However, this is not the way I am currently structuring my marketing efforts.
Allow me to say this...I am certain of the success of this opportunity, provided I can find a company (Broker) who can see my vision and also has the resources to execute.
Here's the deal...I need a company who can take hundreds of unfiltered leads and follow-up with the customer (preferably the same day) before referring to an agent. This will ensure a qualified lead. On the very low end, and at last count some months ago, we can expect about 300 legitimate leads per month.
A talented mind, a good manager and lots of phone calls can, and likely will, make some serious dough with highly targeted "real estate agent" leads This is the real deal.
How can you make money? One possibility, commission of sale. OR, if
you choose, charge a flat fee lead. I want to work out a similar deal with whomever qualifies and takes on this project.
There's more, but thats all I'll share for now.
It is my belief... someone reading this right now, possibly you, is going to realize this amazing opportunity and absolutely run with it. The web traffic is already in place... I simply need to redirect to our web site.
One more thing..this is actually the second launch I have had for this idea in the past two years.
http://www.AgentWise.com was a failed attempt due to lack of staff. I know the page is ugly too, but the traffic was pouring in.
We couldn't handle the volume! It's that simple!
