Default Working on adding value for real estate sites

Aside from my client PropertyTalk who have a links section and my property investment directory I'm working on a few non-commercial ideas too.

I found a site that hosts free directories. It leaves alot to be desired but you never know, any link is a good link - right?

http://propertyinvestment.yourdirectories.net/

And I'm fooling around with the idea of a property investment search engine too. The indexing is heavy going so I'm not sure how far I will take it - I'm looking at converting to only indexing pages according to the site's xml sitemap.

I'd love to take the credit for PropertyTalk but I'm just the tech resource!

That sounds interesting Sarah, what kind of directories does it have?

Turned out the site was crap. I like to give these new guys a chance, who knows, you might stumble on the next true innovator. Not this time...

Here's my latest offering, my domain, my hosting account, it'll be good: realstate 4 real estate

Sarahk,

Looks like you are using mambo...how do you like it? Here's my attempt at a mambo site. I'm still experimenting.

I'm using Mambo / Joomla for a few sites of my own and client sites such as Propertytalk and adore it.

RealState is using wsnlinks and I'm really impressed at how they've grown the package from when I first installed it for my property investment directory.
