Default Real Estate Link Exchange with Mortgage Site

I'm offering a non-traditional one-way link exchange for real estate and mortgage related sites.

This is explained at http://www.homeresourcelist.com/add_site.php (there is also a simple form there which you can use to submit your site).

Thanks...

Tim

Default Directory is PR4 now

Just an update... The link directory, homeresourcelist.com, has jumped in page rank and is now a PR4.

And thanks for all the links!

Im willing to trade links on a 2 way basis...I dont see any benefit in a three way! and I can prove it with my ranking and some pr7 sites

Default Blind?

I'm not saying 3 way links will help your site more. We have used 2-way reciprocating links in the past with great results (and continue to use 2 way links on those sites). But we started using a 3 way linking method because there is less chance of our work being flushed down the toilet in the future as search engine algorithms get more complex (it could still happen to 3 way exchanges - just seems safer). The 3 way links definitely don't benefit less. Why not be safer when putting all of this time into link trading.

I got what you mean ... but your 3 way method benefit your site more than
it's going to benefit site owners. just pointing this out to the many people who does three way and doesn't know what they are getting into..
three way that's fair would we something like 3 equal value sites. not just 2!

Default The scale will tip

Are you talking page rank? If so, the directory has a higher page rank than the site you would link to. I know some people are just so down on 3 way linking that they don't want to hear anything good about it. But if you build content (we've barely started, by the way) on your extra domain (directory site), its possible to give someone a better link than if it came from your main site. Know what I mean?

nope Im never about pr..just lucky to have a few good pr sites..
I meant 3 way quality link exchange..all three sites have unique and lot's of contents. 98% of the 3 way I see are from worthless junk sites. will gladly link with one providing they have quality sites to link from. otherwise 2 way or article submission is the way to go for me.. so if you manage to build that site up with contents let me know and I'll re-think about 3 way.

don't get me wrong, three way might be the wave of the future.....

I agree now.

By the way, the new version of the software we use (Arelis) will allow us to add articles (or any content) to all of the category & sub-category link pages so should be getting better. I'll let you know when they get over the beta versions and its up & running. That will be great for our link partners when we can link our them from mid-paragraph, etc. It eventually won't even look like links pages.

Thanks.
