Why dont you tell us what your qualifications are to be a real estate assistant. I am just a little perplexed by this post, maybe I am missing something but if you are looking for business it makes sense to me for you to tell us about yourself and what you have to offer to help us in our real estate business.

Would you mind please to give us your prices and fees. We do a lot of mailings and have a large database of clients. Also would you or your company sign an exclusivity contract for a certain city?

1. What are your fees per piece for mailings

2. What do you charge to maintain a listings database

3. What do you charge to do data processing

These are just a few things I would be interested in, it would help greatly to know what your fees are.

I appreciate you taking the time to answer my questions, I must say however your rates per hour are to high. I could hire a full time licensed assistant for less per hour than what you are charging. To hire another personal assistant the going rate here is $12 an hour.

Once again thank you for the fast responses and I wish you well. The real estate services you offer are needed by a lot of Realtors but I know for Las Vegas your hourly rate is a little to high..best of luck.

Actually we have found that our hourly rate is reasonable.
When an Agent hires an "in office" assistant the cost of training, taxes, computer equipment, software, lunch breaks and beloved office space seems to be a shocker. If you can hire a full time Real Estate Assitant in Las Vegas for $12.00 per hour, that is a great rate. We are in NH and for a licensed assistant the rate is between $18-$25/hour.
The value of our services is in the fact that we do professional & prompt work. We get your specific tasks done in a timely manner, in order to move on to our next task.
I appreciate your curiousity!

Even $12/ hour for a non licensed assistant here in the Las Vegas is high! I pay my assistant $8/ hour and she is content I would have to agree with the fact that your fees are too high, but thank you for sharing youe information with us!

It's kind of funny to hear this feedback, I spent 50% of my time as a REALTOR defending my commission!

Seems like as a Realtor it would be hard to trust an assistant that did not work in office. We have TC's here and an assistant to do some stuff but handing over the work to someone that was not dialed in seems like it would be easier to just do it yourself after explaining it all and not to mention the trust factor again.
