Well, in such a digital age having an on-line assisstant can really work out. You can find someone experinced, who does a great job, and they can work from anywhere in the country!
It can actually be easier than you may think. Like you mentioned, however, it does help when the coordinator is experinced and knows what they are doing! Another positive point, is that the assistant can work from anywhere, even out of state!
