Well before this I was a US Marine for 4 years then I moved to Florence, AL. I have been with this company for about 6 months now and my boss and coworkers are great. Don't make as much money as I would like to make but its ok for now I guess. I am in Sales/Marketing here and the guys and girls I work with do amazing things that I could never do. In the 6 months I have been here I have learned so much about computers and the internet.

Any way what about you what kind of work (I’m guessing Real Estate) do you do in Las Vegas?

I dont want to sound as if I am coming down on you but your companies prices are WAY to HIGH. The setup cost plus monthly fee after one year of fees a real estate agent could take that same amount of money, hire a programmer and get everything you offer plus more.

IMHO your company would have to come way down on their prices to get any interest from Realtors. I hate to say it but most Realtors are cheap, not all but a lot. Most do not understand the value of the internet and therefore cant justify the cost for a website.

To add another issue in relation to your companies offer, if someone purchases this program and then decides to leave your company after say 2 years all the money they have spent they will have nothing to show for it. No Programs, no software, nothing.

The first year alone with your product would cost around $4300 for this price an agent could get a custom website that they own and some nice programs / software created for them.

Also as for traffic, 10 to 50 leads a day is nice but is nothing compared to the leads that in a market such as Las Vegas produces. Here a top rank website can produce 4000 + leads per month.

Even google adword would be less of a cost to produce 10 to 50 leads per day than the cost of your companies program per month.

PS: Your popup images dont work on your site for the screen snapshots.

Let me play a little Devils Advocate if you will. Let’s say you do hire one guy. The chances of that one guy knowing most of the languages to build a great looking site. Search Engine Optimization is a whole other monster. Plus the up keep of the site. Hosting of the site. Making changes to your site. Technical aspect of the hosting and the website. Marketing to other websites while keeping up the latest techniques of the Search Engines for proper placement. (Because it changes all the time) building custom modules for your site.

If you can find a guy that can do all that he probably all ready works for Google or MSN and is a Billionaire. So why would he work for you.

If you still have a problem and think you can do it your self try this.

I would have to disagree, There are even members here that can do all that. As well as there are several people that I know of personally that can do all you mentioned and more. Everything from server admin, seo, programming, coding, useful tool creation, design, graphics work, listing programs and so on.

Most of the programs your company offers, these scripts are available through open source which is free. As for making changes to a website that is easy. With a FREE open source CMS anyone can make changes to a website that knows how to read and follow directions.

As I stated before and no disrepect to you or your company, but the cost your company charges is to HIGH. You could get a custom design site, 1 year of hosting and several very nice custom programs, seo and link development for what it would cost to use your companies program.

Do some research, you sound like a bright guy. I understand you are new to the internet business but believe me when I say that you can do all your company offers for less than what they charge and probably have it done better as well as cheaper.

Well I am not that new! Before the Military I worked with my mom who was a programmer in C++ and knew PHP/MySQL very well. You just made my point without even having made one.

I believe we are communicating but you are not hearing what I am saying, so let me try once more. Yes your company does all this, but your companies COST IS TO HIGH What your company charges I can get for half of that.

Open Source offers every program your company offers with their packages and its FREE as for the designs your company does, they are nothing more than templates. With a little knowledge and Frontpage or Dreamweaver someone can create a better looking design.

I understand you want to promote your company but I personally do not see your company as a value and do not believe others will as well, unless they have no clue.

$4200 a year for the first year, $3000 a year thereafter, not owning the site or programs, designs that are second rate, programmming that is available in open source SCREAM What Your Company Charges is To HIGH and a ripoff.

Even Advanced Access whom I dont care for offers better functions, user friendly control panel, listing program, Seo, link building services, lead capture system and many more programs for 1/4 of what your company charges.

Advanced Access also has a proven record of search engine placement, where your company as far as I am aware of does not.

PS: The reason I make these statements is because I dont like seeing other Realtors get taken advantage of. Most of us here are competitors but none of us want to see our fellow agents get screwed.

We have close to 40 clients that would say otherwise

Our clients are very happy with the amount of leads they are getting and the price is very small compared to the amount of PPC (they now spend less than 1/4) dollars they were spending before using our services.

I understand YOU may have all the know-how to get this going and maybe you can find 'reliable' developers that would spend all that time developing, marketing and maintaining a real estate site 'that actually produces' but we have many clients that would testify that our services are worth EVERY penny.

You claim that you can get all this done for less but those are just YOUR claim and everyone is entitiled to their opinion so I'll just end our discussion here. We've signed up two more companies that were referred to us by our existing clients and that is good enough for me.
