By the way, we've only made our website and it's already top 1 for a couple of keywords in MSN, Yahoo and others, except only google yet, just because google update results rarely.

What Keywords do you come up #1 for? It's easy as pie to get some keywords to the top but if you can come up #1 for Miami real estate or something similar I'd be impressed.

Many real estate agents have beautiful web sites THAT DO NOT BRING IN ONE LEAD!

At RealtyPRO we know that simply building a great looking web site means nothing if it doesn’t produce. This is why we’ve create our RealtyPRO Turn-Key Solutions. With our ‘complete’ web site packages you get more than just a beautiful web site.
I think its interesting that you point out the problem yet instead of offering an actual solution continue to add to the clutter of pretty websites fighting for any actual results.

SEO tools, an admin panel - wow. If you're going to provide real estate professionals with services it would be great if you could offer some true value.

Thumbs up Re: What good is a real estate web site... IF IT DOESN’T PRODUCE?!?!

I am not going to say your price is to high. I think what you are offering is awesome and its a great idea. My suggestion to you though would be to consider price point. If you have 40 customers at 249.99 per month at 1300 start up. I wonder what would happen if you droped the price to say 99 per month? I mean what if that jumped you to 2000 customers all paying 99 per month. Kinda makes the money you are making with 249.99 a month trivial. Just a suggestion.

I would also like to add that the members are not bashing your service or product they are just offering friendly advice as to how you could possibly increase your revenue.
