Yes debate is good. Debate allows people to see several sides of an opinion. After that it is up to those that hear or read a debate to disseminate and research the information in order to make an intelligent decision.

My mother always said I should be an attorney as well, so I went to law school and became a Realtor...LOL.

That's funny. I agree people can come in and see both sides of our discussion and draw their own opinion or agree with one of use.

Yes, Las Vegas Real Estate, I agee..lol! Without getting too into this debate, I will agree that a website is not any good if it does not produce leads! That should be the most crucial reason as to why one even has a website! If no one can find it, then what good is it?

That is the point I was trying to make as well. I always say would you spend $50 for SEO that does ok and I offered to do the same for $25 dollars you would take it. The reason our prices are higher is because we do everything the person does not have to worry about anything. Kinda like a One Stop Shopping

I like some of the designs of your sites. They are very attractive. Don't get excited, I'm not in the market for a new site.

Your fees are higher than I would be willing to pay but I am sure there is a market out there for people who want your services. I am a believer in the free market and that you can charge anything you want for your services.

I am curious if you have any clients who are ranking well in the search engines.

Toolbar PR means nothing. Where do they rank on Google, Yahoo, and MSN for their primary keywords? How many competing web pages are there for each of those KW's.

Toolbar PR is not SEO. Not even close.

Here's just one example of what we have done http://www.southbeachcondos.net One of the sites we have done is position 1 on MSN for South Beach Condos 4 on Yahoo and 5 on AltaVista. This key word is huge for there site and brings in tons of leads.

Hehe, tons... http://inventory.overture.com/d/sear...ry/suggestion/ - only 1864 per MONTH.

1846 per month for Overture is in real about 1-2 people a day (in common, for all: MSN, Yahoo, Altavista and others). You call these tons?

MSN is nothing to do - it's very easy.
Yahoo and AltaVista are not difficult too.
What about google huh?

And for google you have 87 position

None software can make your website produce. Only people can.
